If you have an issue that we’re unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we are more than happy to provide a complete refund within 14 days of your original purchase.

We can not provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to assist you in fixing those issues. If we’re unable to resolve the issue for you within 14 days, we will provide a refund. Please use this form to contact us before requesting a refund for a technical issue.

WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE OUR PLUGINS TO WORK CORRECTLY WITH THIRD-PARTY PLUGINS UNLESS IT IS MENTIONED THAT THESE PLUGINS ARE SUPPORTED! – In this case, we recommend contacting their support team.

WE ALSO DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS IN TERMS OF LACK OF FUNCTIONALITY THAT WAS NEVER MENTIONED ON THE PLUGINS’ PAGES. But sometimes we can add this new functionality by your requests for free.

Using source code of the plugins to train AI models or AI agents immediately voids the eligibility for a refund.

Renewals are non-refundable.
