Simple Inventory Sync vs Simple Crossposting
Currently I have three plugins that allow to sync products between WooCommerce stores in one or another way. Let’s find out what is the difference between them.
|Simple Inventory Sync||Simple Crossposting|
|A product is updated in the admin area||Stock status and quantity will be updated for products with the same SKU on the connected stores.||All product data will be updated for products you have crossposted with the plugin before on selected stores. |
If you need to connect existing products on all stores by SKU, you can use a free add-on.
|A product is purchased||Stock status and quantity will be updated for products with the same SKU on the connected stores.||Nothing happens.|
|You’re using WordPress Multisite||The plugin automatically detects whether it is a multisite installation or not.||There is a multisite version of the plugin and also a regular one.|
|You need to sync all products at the same time, not one by one||The plugin has a lightning fast tool in WooCommerce > Status > Tools, that allows to do that.||There is a free add-on, which is not so fast as a status tool because we need to sync all the product data here (multisite version and non-multisite version)|
The last question you might have – are the plugins compatible with each other? Sure they are!
