WP All Import – How to Automatically Crosspost Posts Imported with It

My crossposting plugins work great with “WP All Export” and “WP All Import”. By default when you run a new import the posts aren’t going to be crossposted automatically to other sub-sites, but in this support article I am going to explain you how to do that.

Ok, if you want your imported posts to be automatically crossposted to connected sites during the process of import, you need to do the two simple steps.

Step 1. Activate automatic crossposting

First of all please activate “Auto Mode” on the website where you’re about to run an import.

If you’re using Simple Multisite Crossposting plugin, you need to go to Network Admin > Sites, click “Edit” link for a specific site where you’re going to run the import, and finally switch to “Crosspost” tab.

Allow automatic crossposting for WordPress Multisite
Make sure that the last two checkboxes are checked.

In case you’re using Simple WP Crossposting plugin instead, all you need to do is to go to Settings > Crosspost and activate “Auto Mode” checkbox.

Make sure that the last checkbox is checked.

Step 2. Install an add-on

The next thing you need to do is to download and install a special add-on below. Please make sure that you’re using a correct add-on.

For the multisite version of the plugin:

Download Simple Multisite Crossposting – WP All Import 1.1

For the non-multisite version of the plugin:

Download Simple WP Crossposting – WP All Import 1.0
